For six months, I was part of a team embedded with Digital Agency
— the leader and coordinator for Japanese government digital transformation. As a team, we were assigned multiple
projects aimed at improving the user experience of the government’s digital services.
My projects, which are subject to a strict non-disclosure agreement, include UX research and strategy
for an administrative application management tool, information architecture for the next version of the
Japanese government ID,
and updating the web accessibility guidebook.
